Health Data Management Policy - ABHA Creation Consent

By creating an ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account), you consent to:

1. Collection and Storage of Data:

Your demographic information (name, date of birth, gender, address)
Your Aadhaar number (encrypted and stored securely)
Your mobile number and email address
Your ABHA Number and ABHA Address(es)

2. Data Usage:

Linking your health records across healthcare providers
Sharing your health information with authorized healthcare providers
Receiving notifications about your health records
Accessing digital health services through ABDM ecosystem

3. Data Sharing:

Your ABHA details may be shared with healthcare providers you visit
Health records will only be shared with your explicit consent
You can revoke consent at any time through your ABHA app

4. Data Security:

Your data is encrypted and stored securely per ABDM guidelines
Access is restricted to authorized entities only
You can update or delete your ABHA at any time

5. Terms and Conditions:

You agree to ABDM's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
You confirm that the information provided is accurate
You understand that ABHA is voluntary and free of cost
