Health Data Management Policy - ABHA Creation Consent
By creating an ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account), you consent to:
1. Collection and Storage of Data:
- Your demographic information (name, date of birth, gender, address)
- Your Aadhaar number (encrypted and stored securely)
- Your mobile number and email address
- Your ABHA Number and ABHA Address(es)
2. Data Usage:
- Linking your health records across healthcare providers
- Sharing your health information with authorized healthcare providers
- Receiving notifications about your health records
- Accessing digital health services through ABDM ecosystem
3. Data Sharing:
- Your ABHA details may be shared with healthcare providers you visit
- Health records will only be shared with your explicit consent
- You can revoke consent at any time through your ABHA app
4. Data Security:
- Your data is encrypted and stored securely per ABDM guidelines
- Access is restricted to authorized entities only
- You can update or delete your ABHA at any time
5. Terms and Conditions:
- You agree to ABDM's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- You confirm that the information provided is accurate
- You understand that ABHA is voluntary and free of cost
